(3) Three black 2012 Jamis "Taxi" bicycles ( w/ baskets) were stolen from outside the Scoot, Skate, and Bike Co on Biscayne & 18th this afternoon (5/20). Three hispanic males were seen riding along the sidewalk on their own bikes, stopping to cut the cable lock, and then each one of them rode away on their bikes (presumably stolen) while towing the stolen Jamis's with one hand.
