Once again the consensus amongst participants is that the August Miami Critical Mass ride went much smoother than in recent months, the presence and aid of both the City of Miami and Coral Gables police played a large role in this.  The ride traversed through Little Havana, West Flagler, Coral Gables, Miracle Mile, Coral Way, The Roads, Brickell, and Downtown. The City of Miami bicycle patrol joined the ride once again. While things went mostly well we wish to remind everyone that there is still room for improvement amongst riders. Most notably when it pertains to riders illegally riding over the solid double yellow line and going against oncoming traffic. Also, there are still some riders with no lights on their bicycles and those who allow large gaps to form around them, let's try to keep it one unit. For more tips go here.
