"Back for the 3rd installment is the southernmost un-southern gravel grinder in the States, The 4G.

So, save the date: March 20th, 2016 on your calendars. Then get your legs ready for either the 32 or 62 mile courses offered. Like the previous two years, this ride is FREE! We will be taking up a voluntary donation for Radio Lollipop in honor or our cycling friend Meagan Wentworth during the event.

Even though there is no registration fee, you will have to sign in and get your wristband prior to the start of the ride. Riders will then have to stop along your chosen course to collect various colored wristbands along the way. These wristband locations will be marked on each course. To be eligible for placing and for other random prizes at the finish you must collect all the wristbands along your course. No exceptions.

There will be volunteers manning rest stops along the courses stocked with water, energy drink, gels, whiskey and pickles. On the 32 mile course you will have two rest stops. For the 62 mile course you will have three rest stops.

We will have minimal sag support during the event in case there are any mechanical issues you cannot repair along the trail.

Important Reminders:
All riders are responsible for carrying everything they need in to the trails with them. Please make sure you have water, food, tubes, tools and pumps on you during this ride. Some of the areas you are riding in to are not accessible to motor vehicles to get you out or aid you. Hydration bags are strongly recommended.

The course will not be closed to road traffic. It is your responsibility to ride accordingly and obey all traffic laws while at traffic signals, signs and using caution at all crossings. Do not take any chances with yourself or the other riders while on this ride!

The event sponsors, organizers, staff and anyone else involved with this event are not responsible for your safety or well-being. We cannot stress this enough……You are responsible for yourself."
