"On July 27, 2018 Miami’s monthly cycling initiative, Critical Mass, will ride in honor of those lost to drunk, drugged and distracted driving. The celebration of life will continue with the release of native Miami musician Janna Pelle’s new album “VOICEMEMO,” at the Official Critical Mass After Party at Esquina de Abuela. The album is dedicated to her lifelong friend Patrick Wanninkhof, who was killed by a distracted driver while cycling across the US with charity organization, Bike & Build.

Watch the music video for the first single off Janna Pelle's new album, "Hit and Run".

Pelle is affiliated with the organization We Save Lives, created by MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving) founder, Candace Lightner, extending awareness efforts to distracted driving.

Though Pelle currently lives in Brooklyn, she will be returning home to the 305 for the release show where she believes the message of the album will be more impactful.

The first 30 bikers to arrive will receive Clif Bars and bananas! There will also be a raffle by Mack Cycle.

The event’s partners include Radioactive Records, Blend The Femme, Mack Cycle and Fitness, Magic City Bike Collective, Driver's Alert, CellSlip, and will benefit We Save Lives' #BUTNOTWHILEDRIVING Campaign
